Our Services

  • At Bloom, we offer a wide range of reporting and assessments which include the following:
    1) Letters of Support: We provide NDIS letters of support to advocate for the resources and services you need. These letters clearly communicate your goals, progress, and areas where additional support would make a meaningful difference. 

    2) Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
    We complete comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments to Identify your strengths, challenges and support needs. These reports are designed to inform NDIS planning and ensure you receive the funding and supports you require. 

    3) Sensory Assessments & ReportsOur Sensory Assessments explore how your sensory experiences impact daily life. We provide practical recommendations and strategies to help with regulation, participation and overall wellbeing. 

  • We provide home and living assessments to determine the most supporting living environment for your needs. This includes:
    1) Supported Independent Living (SIL) Reports: Our SIL reports assess and recommend the level of support needed for daily living, helping NDIS participants access the right supported independent living arrangements.
     

    2) Individualised Living Options (ILO) Reports: We prepare ILO reports to support NDIS applications for flexible, individualised housing options that meet your unique lifestyle, goals, and independence needs.

  • We work with you to build sensory modulation and regulation strategies that support calming, grounding and managing emotions in day-to-day life.

  • Our therapy focuses on creating and maintaining meaningful routines and life skills from cooking and self-care to home organisation and community participation. 

  • We provide practical tools and strategies to improve sleep routines, rest patterns, and fatigue management, helping you restore balance and energy.

  • Our therapy incorporates mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches to manage stress, reduce overwhelm, and support emotional regulation.

  • We use evidence-based cognitive and acceptance therapies (such as ACT) to build resilience, improve focus, and support recovery in everyday life.

  • Breaking down everyday activities into smaller, achievable steps so clients can build confidence, learn skills, and achieve success one step at a time.

  • Using evidence-based strategies to help clients accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to actions that align with their values. ACT empowers individuals to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and focus on what truly matters in their daily lives.

  • Bloom OT supports the development of social skills and community engagement, building confidence in communication, relationships, and meaningful participation.
